By accessing or using Path2Uni, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. Safenet Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intended Purpose

Path2Uni is an educational support platform created exclusively for individual students who wish to study abroad. The platform is designed to assist students in discovering global universities, submitting applications, uploading academic and personal documents, booking appointments with study-abroad counselors, and communicating directly with advisors. The use of the platform by any third-party organizations, agents, or commercial entities is strictly prohibited. Path2Uni is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by students.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information while using the platform. You agree not to misrepresent yourself or impersonate any other person. You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others. You are also responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Path2Uni platform. Path2Uni is intended only for individual students planning to pursue international education. Organizations, agencies, or third-party representatives are not permitted to register, use, or access the platform. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may also request to delete your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@path2uniglobal.com.

Intellectual Property

All content and features made available on Path2Uni—including logos, text, images, designs, data, software, and branding—are the intellectual property of Safenet Education or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, alter, or exploit any part of the platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any materials may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Path2Uni is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain up-to-date and accurate content, we do not warrant that the information, features, or services will be error-free, reliable, or available at all times. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safenet Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Path2Uni platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, rejection of applications, or miscommunications with educational institutions.

These Terms of Use and your use of the Path2Uni platform are governed by the principles of data protection and user privacy as outlined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
